In cross country, he placed 6th in the NWC in 2016, was 4th in 2017 and placed 3rd in 2018 ... Earned First Team All-NWC recognition in cross country during all three years ... At the NCAA West Regional in cross county, he recorded 18th place in 2017 and 5th place in 2018, as he registered All-Region hnors both seasons ... Compete at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships in 2017 and 2018 ... Placed 6th in the 5,000-meter run and was 10th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the 2017 NWC Track and Field Championships ... Last year at the 2018 NWC Championships, he took 2nd place in the steeplechase and was 2nd in the 5,000-meter run to earn All-NWC honors twice ...
