Determined Bearcats at Oregon Twilight
Crandall earns first in 400m Hurdles
EUGENE, Ore. — This Friday, nine Bearcats competed at Oregon Twilight, hosted by University of Oregon at Hayward Field.
On the field, Kaleb McArthur led the team in Long Jump, earning third place with a jump of 6.63 meters on his third attempt. Niko White took sixth in Long Jump, with Owen Phillips just a few inches behind him in seventh. In Hammer Throw, with a distance of 53.94 meters, Roan Bashioum got fourth place. Pole Vault saw Elijah Jones place eleventh, while Austin Snodgrass earned fifth in Discus with a throw of 45.68 meters.
At the track, there were few but powerful Bearcats racing to the finish. In the 110m Hurdles, Davandre Campbell secured fifth place in 15.73 seconds. With a race time of 54.21 seconds, Myles Crandall placed first in the 400m Hurdles.
The Bearcats compete next at Portland Twilight in Portland, Oregon on May 9, beginning at 4 pm.
