Brazier Small was a member of 1913 Willamette football team that upset the University of Oregon 6-3 after he scored the game's only touchdown. His winning touchdown helped the team finish the season with a 4-0 record. He held the 100-yard dash record at Willamette from 1913 until 1938 with a time of 10.0 seconds. Small lettered in track, football, and baseball. He played catcher, pitcher, outfielder and shortstop on the baseball team. He was inducted into the NAIA District 2 Hall of Fame in 1971.
